Just a little about myself..
I am actually a little half way passed the start of my weight loss journey. In January I went for a physical and found out that I had high cholesterol and was very close to heart disease and diabetes. So I had to do something about it. I simply changed the way I ate and started to walk on my treadmill. By the middle of April I had lost 22 pounds. I went to my follow up and had lowered my cholesterol significantly. I felt that I was not moving along fast enough, so I started the B12 and Phen program that my doctor was offering. All together I have lost about 64 pounds. I have been at a stand still for about a month now, and thought that I could use some help. That’s why I’m here. I am excited to see everyone elses progress and share mine.
