Happy Sunday!
Good morning! I just weighed myself. I couldn’t wait until tomorrow. lol! I lost one pound. Not bad, for not sticking to my diet. I’ve been really good about my walking. I push myself to get on and I always think, at least 30 minutes will be good. But then I end up pushing myself to an hour. I feel so tired when I get on, but then when I’m on it’s easy to stay longer. Funny, huh! I’m happy with the one pound, since I didn’t think I was losing any. If I can stay where I’m at until after Christmas, I’ll be happy just not to gain. I will be ordering the hip hop abs after the first of the year. I think I would really like it. Everyone seems to really enjoy it. I love to dance, so I think it would be good for me. Maybe I can get my grandson dancing and that would really tire him out. It’s harder for him to get excercise when he’s indoors all day. He’s got so much energy. I just can’t keep up. Well buddies, I better get my day started.
