I just wanted to wish all of you a Blessed Holiday! May all your wishes and dreams come true for you in the new year to come. We are doing the usual. We will be driving to New Mexico early in the morning. Then we will drive back the day after. It is a short trip, but we are very grateful to be able to spend every Christmas with our children and grandchildren. This year will be a little different. My husbands uncle passed away early this morning, so I’m sure that my inlaws won’t have much of the holiday spirit in them. The good thing is, that they just love our grandbabies to death and the babies seem to bring the best out of everyone. I’m sure it will be okay. We can’t skip Christmas. It just wouldn’t be fair to the kids. It sure does make me realize how special each day is and how important it is to spend as much time with your friends and family.

PS. I’ve still been doing my walking and keeping up with my water intake. The dieting is still not happening, but like I said, I’ll jump back on it after Christmas.
